You are referring to 2 different children..





The first ones family was paid 22 million by MJ in 1993 to avoid a trial (Which I do not get....if I were MJ, I'd let them take me to trail if I were Innocent so I could PROVE it)





The one people say admitted to lying was in 2003...but I have never read or seen any proof of this from any legitimate news source (such as CNN or any network TV news). No, it was only a rumor. He never said he lied. There's no official statement.





The family was payed by Michael Jackson so the process could be quickly closed.





He was not a bad person at all, but he had serious problems and needed help.





The jury in Michael Jackson's child abuse trial said there was simply ';not enough'; evidence for a guilty verdict.





Law always use very appropriate terms and “not guilty” doesn’t necessarily mean “innocent” as this last word has NEVER been said by the jury. People who say Michael Jackson was innocent are therefore “ignorant” of the law means.





Please just read the official police reports used in the trial before wondering if someone is innocent or not on personal basis or after reading a book.





The police found in his private bedroom many hidden gay porn magazines with young boys (legal age) on them.

The Jury said there was NOT ENOUGH evidence for a guilty verdict, the Jury didn’t say there was NO evidence.

no, it is not true at all. It was never on any REAL news station or show. It was never in a legitimate news magazine, such as newsweek or time. it is simply wishful thinking on the part of jacksons fans who really, really don't want to believe the truth of him being a pedo. and yet another person (above me) is making a totally new person out of two kids and saying the 2nd kid was paid off by jackson to shut up as well. and if he DID tell a shrink that he lied, it never would have gotten out becuase of that pesky doctor/patient privilege law.
No, it's not true. There is talk of this online but it's false information.





Although I think the little creep SHOULD admit he lied.
