I can say he was still the most popular and successful singer in the world. Many singers are inspired by him and have attemped to come close to his achievemens without success. He donated the most money to charities out of all celebrities and did other charity work. He also broke barriers.





He had a difficult adolescence which effected his self esteem. Since the age of four he was in the spotlight and if his home life was really negative, then the love of his fans was the basis of his self-esteem. However, it's not sufficient because one must love themself to feel satisfied with themself. His self esteem was more damaged when the media began fabricating stories about him, which caused weight-loss due to depression (anyway, he was always really thin), especially after the two allegations against him (which he wasn't charged for and there wasn't any evidence). His low self esteem is also tied with the excessive plastic surgery procedures (Body Dismorphic Disorder, his skin condition was called Vitiligo so he had to lighten to even the skin tone). About his hair, I'm not surprised because in the 1980's, his head was burnt badly.





This is the price of fame. It shows that celebrities/rich are far from perfect and that money/fame/fans' love don't bring happiness or satisfaction in life.What can you say to the fact that Miachel Jackson died underwieght, without hair , or true love ?
He was a freak %26amp; a misfit who happened to be a great musician...as a person he was a complete %26amp; utter failure !





I know that is a harsh thing to say but it irritates the life out of me that a bloody entertainer attracts such attention when people who devote their whole lives to self sacrifice in serving others are never even acknowledged.
Though celebrity life is difficult, I believe that worrying about paying bills and having food is worse. Yet these people don't act ';weird.';


He could have helped himself, but didn't. I don't have any sympathy for him because of his behavior, holding a baby over a railing, sharing a bed with boys, drug abuse...


He could have changed his life, but he didn't.
2 days before that he had a concert so thats odd. I don't see that he was unloved at all obviously from all the people talking about his death. If you see how the people in New York are about his death you'll see that he has lots of fans.
moonrise you are so wrong.his family loved him.his fans loved him.and he loved all of them.you answer me moonrise what do you call true love...man and woman?
I'd say the poor guy died of low self-esteem!
